This Return Shipments Policy (“Policy”) governs the return demand brought by the Buyer up in understanding with the details of this Policy (“Return Request”) and the instrument for goal of questions brought by the Customer up according to the Return Requests.

Customer may complain and raise an issue on our website through call or mails for any one of the following reasons :

1 : – physically damage of the product
2 : – Defective product piece
3 : – Packages Outer box damage
4 : – wrong product related to brand or quantity
5 : – missing of the product partly or whole.
6 : – Logistic or courier problem / on time delivery problem
7 : – Any other logistic or product related issues
8 : – pricing and coupon code problem etc

At the time of making a Return Request on the Platform,

Customer will be required to provide appropriate supporting documentation/ proof including without limitation:

images of the Product(s) indicating the issue in the Product/ shipment delivered.
The images need to capture the following:

  1. (a) the shipping label with Order ID;
  2. (b) Order details;
  3. (c) packed shipment;
  4. (d) issue observed by the Buyer in the Product;
  5. (e) damages to the Product; and/or
  6. (f) the IMEI number (in case the Product is a mobile phone);

unboxing/ normal video clip indicating the issues in the Product/ shipment delivered.
The video clip needs to capture all sides of the package, order details, shipping label, quantity of the Product, damages in the Product, IMEI number (in case of mobile phones), any tampering with the outer box etc.;

copy of bill/ tax invoice for the Product received.

If any further information or clarification is required from the Buyer, we will contact the Buyer/Customer.

Important :

when customer gets the courier package, they will create a live video of that package while unboxing with a 360 degree angle. If there is any damage product or missing product then customer will reply and mail to our customer care number +91-9625314081 and also mail about that to [email protected] with in 48 hours. We will solve their problem with in 3 working days time.

Domestic Orders:
Free Shipping in India : We will ensure that we dispatch order within 7 working days . Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

For shipments delivered outside DELHI, the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed as these are taxes which is directly paid to the government. Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government.

General Scenario:
In case we get an cancellation request or an email from the customer and till that time the order has been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. B2bVmart  has complete right to decide whether the order should be cancelled or not. Also, will ensure that the customer agrees not to dispute the decision taken by B2bVmart and accept the decision taken by B2bVmart.

In case of Perishable Goods:
In case if a customer wants to cancel the order for a perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.

In case of Gift Certificate:
Gift Certificate will not be cancelled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 2 days of purchase.

Cancellation of Order by B2bVmart.

Customer need s to place a call at call center no +919625314081 within 2 days of order placement and 24hrs of order delivery to cancel the order.

Once cancellation request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 5 days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund.

B2bVmart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by B2bVmart for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

  2. Items that have been used or opened.
  3. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
  4. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
  5. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
